An Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis - Department of Psychology

The Department of Psychology organised an alumne talk on the topic "An Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis" for both 1st and 2nd PG Psychology students on 11/07/2025. The session was led by Ms. Najula K.,  Behaviour Analyst, Dubai Autism Center.The session commenced at 10:00 AM in Psychology lab.The one hour session aimed at

enriching students’ knowledge about Applied Behavior Analysis; its scope and career pathways.

It gave an overview of how one can contribute to the field of psychology using distinctive

methods like Applied Behavior Analysis in both India and abroad. She also focused on the

courses and examinations required to qualify as a behavior analyst, especially in the Middle East.
