Empowering Global Perspectives: A Postgraduate’s Journey

The Department of Economics, St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), Thrissur, organized an insightful talk titled “Empowering Global Perspectives: A Postgraduate’s Journey” on 28th July 2025 at Chavara Hall. The session was led by Ann Martin, MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, UK, and former intern at UNCTAD. Drawing from her international academic and professional experiences, she offered students valuable perspectives on pursuing higher education abroad and navigating global opportunities in the field of economics. The event was coordinated by Dr. Binu Ann Kuriachan (Faculty Coordinator), under the guidance of Dr. Julie P Lazar (HOD) and Dr. Sr. Meena K Cheruvathur (Principal), with the support of student coordinators Adhyalakshmi A and Parvathy Vidyadharan.
